Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-21 business days depending on your location and the item ordered. Pre-order items (like the Tenniix Pickle Basic) ship separately once available, with estimated timelines noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, use the form on our Contact page with your order number. Custom and personalized paddles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in CAD.

Warranty

Paddles are covered by a 90-day manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Training machines include a 1-year limited warranty. Normal wear and tear, and damage from misuse, are not covered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to accommodate — once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
